Vitamin C is a particularly important antioxidant to help prevent memory loss and of course you can get lots of vitamin C from citrus fruit including oranges, lemon, grapefruit, and tangelos.

10. Don't skip meals, especially breakfasts

Avoid skipping meals, especially your breakfasts. Breakfast is the most important of the other meals e.g lunch and dinner. Eat breakfast before 9am and eat something light, then try do some exercise, it helps in boosting memories.
