FIFA Bans Chelsea Fc From Signing New Players For Next Two Transfer Windows

Chelsea Fc have been banned from signing players for two transfer windows after being found guilty of bridging rules about signing younger players.
The club were found guilty by bridging FIFA rules which relates to the transfer of players aged under 18.

FIFA have given the club 3 Months i.e. 90 days to give better clarification about the players they signed.

Chelsea say they "categorically refute the findings of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee and will therefore be appealing the decision"

The appeal will be heard by FIFA Appeal Committee, while the club can also appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Chelsea’s signing of Bertrand Traore in 2013, is one of the signings that bridges FIFA rule.
According to FIFA the ban only stop the club from signing new players, it doesn't prevent them from selling.

FIFA released a statement: "This ban applies to the club as a whole - with the exception of the women's and futsal teams - and does not prevent the release of players"

Meanwhile, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink says Chelsea need Eden Hazard to stay at the club in light of their two-window transfer ban
