Nigerians Reacts As Newly Elected Deputy Senate President Kneels To Greet President Buhari

The newly elected Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie-Agege from South-South region kneeling to greet President Muhammadu Buhari during a visit of the newly elected 9th National Assembly to the Presidential Villa, Abuja has led to reaction.
With this gesture, nigerians believe that the legislative arm under the leadership of the newly elected Senate President Ahmed Lawan and his deputy Oviedo Omo-Agege will not be able to challenge the ills of the executive's.

While some believe that the President now have the power to control the three arms of government (Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary) and can manipulate it in his favour.

The legislative was created to check the executives, not to bow to them.
