Popular Nigerian musician and rapper, Azeez Fashola, professionally known as Naira Marley has made a bold claim that the police is his friend and that he and the police are like 5 and 6.

This comes just a day after he pleaded guilty in court after he was arraigned for violating the Federal Government's COVID-19 directives banning interstate travels that were put in place to curb the spread of coronavirus.

Naira Marley traveled on the flight from Lagos to Abuja for a concert on Saturday, July 13, 2020, together with his crew including BBNaija ex-housemate KimOprah.

This burgeoning news platform gathered that Naira Marley was subsequently fined to pay the sum of N100,000 for breaching the COVID-19 restriction protocols.

However, after all the embarrassments he has taken to his social media handle to claim that the police are his friend and they are like 5 and 6.

He wrote;

“Police is my friend, Naira Marley & Police 5&6.″
