United Hijacks City's Deal For Cristiano Ronaldo, After Agreeing Deal With Juve

 
Manchester United have hijacked their neighbours, Manchester City Deal for Cristiano Ronaldo, after reaching an agreement with Italian champion, Juventus.

Ronaldo is now set for a sensational return to Old Trafford after 12 years he left for Real Madrid.

Recall that during his spell at the Threatre of dreams, Ronaldo netted 118 goals in 292 games, winning numerous trophies along the way, and has now transformed himself into a goalscoring machine.

He is set to join Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad as United set to hijack his signature from their neighbours Manchester City and win the Premier League for the first time since 2012-13.

A club statement said;

"Manchester United are delighted to confirm the club have reached agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa and medical. 

"Cristiano, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, has so far won over 30 major trophies during his career, including five Champions League titles, four FIFA Club World Cups, seven league titles in England, Spain and Italy, and the European Championship for his native Portugal.

"Everyone at the club looks forward to welcoming Cristiano back to Manchester."

The 36-year-old had been tipped to move to the Etihad until United stepped in an hijacked the deal. He will now be pulling on the red shirts of United again. 

Taking to his IG account, Ronaldo Confirmed his exit from Juve.

He wrote;

"Today I depart from an amazing club, the biggest in Italy and surely one of the biggest in all of Europe. 

"I gave my heart and soul for Juventus and I’ll always love the city of Turin until my final days. 

"The 'tifosi bianconeri' always respected me and I tried to thank that respect by fighting for them in every game, every season, every competition. 

"In the end, we can all look back and realize that we achieved great things. Not all that we wanted, but still, we wrote a pretty beautiful story together."
